Muddle cucumber, limes, mint leaves, and agave together. Add in plant vodka. Shake, shake, shake. Double strain into rocks glass over ice and top with a splash of sparkling soda.  Garnish with cucumber wheel, and mint leaf.

1.5 oz PLANT Vodka, 4 slices organic cucumber, .05 lime fresh lime juice, 2 fresh mint leaves, and, .05 oz organic agave, sparkling water.
