Spicy Vodka Gimlet

Add PLANT vodka, lime juice, 2 slices of jalapeno, 1⁄2 oz simple syrup. Shake, shake, shake. Double strain into rocks glass over ice and top with a splash of sparkling soda. Garnish with lime.
