Muddle cilantro, mint and jalapeno slices. Add PLANT vodka, pineapple juice, bitters, and apple cider vinegar together. Add in plant vodka. Shake, shake, shake. Double strain into rocks glass over ice and top with a splash of sparkling soda. Garnish with cucumber wheel, and mint leaf.
